How to troubleshoot your pump: If your fountain is making a loud noise or water is not flowing, try to prime your pump by gently shaking the pump under water to dislodge any air bubbles. Also after about 6 months of use, it is recommended to clean the pump filter & water pump impeller. (Please see your manual for details) If your pump is still not working you may purchase a new pump below.
