How to troubleshoot the connection port: If the lights either on the fountain itself or the green light on the ABCD Button are working and the pump is not, or the pump is working but there are no lights, then it’s most likely the connection port that is not functioning properly. Make sure all the plugs are tightly connected by disconnecting & reconnecting them. If it is still not working you may purchase a new connection port below.
